We strongly believe in an individual's overall well-being and have incorporated Western and Eastern-based modalities to assist with not just physical health, but digestive medicine, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. We are also the first wellness hub to integrate a medispa, with high-quality beauty & laser treatments with western and complementary medicine.
The clinic was established in 2013, created by Britt whose background is in Eastern medicine (Chinese Herbal Medicine & Acupuncture) and Gemma (Myotherapy) from Western medicine, combining both philosophies of health and knowledge lead to the creation of Samsara Health & Beauty. In 2019 we relocated our clinic from Rosebud, to the heart of the Mornington Peninsula, in Dromana! Creating a collective business umbrella known as Mornington Peninsula Health, where Samsara Health & Beauty works alongside other aligned businesses.

We have a range of classes to suit all levels of experience from strong and active to quiet and passive. We also conduct classes for private groups and individuals outside regular class times.
